PM to attend Pandit Deendayal Petroleum College’s eighth convocation immediately

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the eighth convocation of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum College (PDPU), Gandhinagar at 11 am on Saturday through video conferencing.

Through the convocation, the Prime Minister will lay the muse stone of a ’45 MW Manufacturing Plant of Monocrystalline Photo voltaic Picture Voltaic Panel’ and ‘Centre of Excellence on Water Know-how’ on the college, and can inaugurate the ‘Innovation and Incubation Centre – Know-how Enterprise Incubation’, ‘Translational Analysis Centre’ and ‘Sports activities Advanced’.

“At 11 AM tomorrow, 21st November, I might be addressing the Convocation of PDPU, Gandhinagar. May even be inaugurating numerous Centres that might increase analysis, innovation and studying at PDPU,” PM Modi stated in a tweet on Friday.

As per an announcement from the Prime Minsiter’s Workplace, about 2,600 college students could be getting their respective Diploma/Diploma at this convocation.

The Pandit Deendayal Petroleum College (PDPU) was established as a personal college by the State Act enacted on April 4, 2007, and affords applications within the domains of Science, Know-how, Administration and Humanities.
