Loss-making firms will pay non-executive administrators

NEW DELHI: Loss-making firms can now pay remuneration to their non-executive administrators, together with unbiased administrators, with the federal government amending current guidelines. The amendments have been made to sure provisions beneath the Corporations Act, 2013.
The non-executive administrators of firms having no revenue or insufficient revenue might be given remuneration, topic to sure situations. The restrict is Rs 84 lakh for govt administrators.
