Armed man fires photographs in Hawaii lodge, barricades himself inside room: Report

A lodge in Honolulu, Hawaii was positioned on lockdown after an armed man fired photographs via the door of a visitor room and barricaded himself inside, however there have been no reviews of any accidents, Hawaii Information Now reported late Saturday.
Visitors and employees on the Kahala Resort & Lodge had been sheltering in place, and friends in rooms close to the incident had been evacuated, the information website added.
“No person is injured. All people is accounted for. We’re simply ready for the suspect to surrender,” the information website quoted Police Captain Brian Lynch as saying.
Movies on social media confirmed friends within the lodge’s ballroom with police current on the scene. An eyewitness advised Reuters about 75-80 individuals had been within the ballroom.
“This night, a person with a firearm barricaded himself in one of many visitor rooms at The Kahala,” Hawaii Information Now cited an announcement from the lodge as saying.
“Our safety personnel and regulation enforcement have evacuated friends and staff from the quick space and everyone seems to be sheltering in place.”
The incident began round 6 p.m. when the suspect fired photographs. The suspect is member of the Navy, the information website added, citing sources.
